Specialty in Back, Hips, and Knees
After working with people in construction for over 5 years, common issues involving the back, hips, and knees are abundant. I personally have had to deal with a herniated disc in my lower lumbar area. Safety is the focus of my personal training style; I want you to be able to exercise for a long time and our sessions reflect that promise.
After the initial assessment and addressing what you want to accomplish, I get to work and create a program that is geared towards achieving your goals. I use a combination of exercises from physical therapy, powerlifting/bodybuilding, athletics, and functional movement patterns to help you get in shape. The gym is private and not overwhelming like most commercial gyms, this helps us to assess your needs and achieve your goals.
