Hi, my name is Trevon Jackson. I started HeyTrevon Personal Training to spread the knowledge of exercise and its benefits. My purpose in this world is to help everyone become the strongest version of themselves.
Growing up I was always an active kid who liked to get involved in many sports such as basketball, soccer, and football. When I was 19, I fell in love with strength training and trained obsessively to perfect my craft. I made many mistakes along my journey, and I’m fortunate to come out with minor injuries from that time.
My Mother has worked in the elevator industry for more than 20 years and I was connected to a lot of people from various unions. A common problem I always see is that my friends would complain about their back or knees. HeyTrevon Personal Training was made to fix this common problem, I don’t want you to be 40 years old and can’t touch your toes because your back hurts so much.
My training philosophy has evolved overtime and now contains knowledge from various disciplines. When I’m not training someone or working on the business, I fill my time with a variety of things such as, Jhana meditation, traveling, reading, walks, music, and playing soccer.
My schedule is busy so I’m not always able to accept new clients, but I appreciate everyone who took the time to read this, thank you.
